What this site is

The site exists because this is a treatment sold with a great deal of confidence and very little disclosure. The regulatory position, which is the single most important fact for anyone considering it, is routinely absent from the pages that sell it. Someone should write it down plainly, and that is what these pages do.
What we refuse to do
- We name no exosome product and endorse none. Not one manufacturer, supplier or brand appears anywhere on this site, and none ever will.
- We do not claim to be a clinic and we do not imply clinical authority we do not have.
- We do not invent studies, statistics, practitioners or case histories. Where UK data does not exist, we say so rather than filling the gap.
- We do not present early evidence as established evidence, and we do not use the phrase clinically proven for something that is not.
- We do not publish before and after galleries, because photographs taken under uncontrolled conditions are the weakest evidence available and the most persuasive.
- We do not rank or list clinics, and we take no payment for a mention.
The position we take
It is not that exosome therapy is worthless. The underlying science on extracellular vesicles is genuine and interesting, and treatments have to start somewhere. It is that the gap between the laboratory work and the claims made in UK consultation rooms is very wide, that the regulatory position is material and routinely omitted, and that a person spending several hundred pounds is entitled to know both.
If, having read the evidence page and the regulation page, you decide to go ahead, you will have decided properly. That is the whole purpose of the site.
How this is funded
There is no advertising, no affiliate income and no sponsored content. Enquiries submitted through the enquiry page are passed to a registered UK practitioner, which is disclosed above the form fields rather than buried. No practitioner has any influence over what is published, and no page on this site has been altered to make a treatment easier to sell.
Two articles carry one editorial link each to an external business, named as an example of something the article describes and never as a recommendation. Those links were placed by the publisher for editorial reasons. They were not sold, exchanged or paid for in any form, and the businesses concerned had no sight of the articles before publication. Each of those two pages carries a disclosure block saying so, and every other page on this site carries a block stating that it contains no commercial links at all.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to know. Write to editor@exosomestherapy.co.uk with what is wrong and, where possible, a source. Corrections to matters of fact are made promptly and the review date on the page is updated. This matters more than usual on a subject where the regulatory position can change.

Because people are having it, being sold it with claims that outrun the evidence, and finding very little written plainly about the regulatory position. Caution stated clearly is more useful than silence.
